Conference Fees
The conference mode is set to on-site only.
Authors will get informed separately. Non-speakers are requested to subscribe to the KUI newsletter to stay updated.
Fees
The registration fee includes all the conference’s supporting documentation, admission to all sessions of the day, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner.
Each paper requires a full registration, either a regular registration or a student registration. Full registrations cannot be assigned to more than one paper. If a co-author of a particular paper is already registered as a presenter of another paper, another co-author must be registered as a presenter for that paper, which requires a full registration.

Visas and support letters
The organisers do not issue formal invitation letters or visas to attend the conference. However, we can issue a visa support letter for authors of accepted papers.
