Registration
The conference mode is set to on-site only.
To register, authors will get informed separately about the acceptance of their paper. If accepted, they are kindly requested to pay the registration fee for “Authors”.
Non-speakers are kindly requested to pay the registration fee for “Attendance (no authors)”.

In addition, please write a short e-mail to kui-conference@htw-berlin.de with your name and affiliation in order to confirm your registration. If you need an invoice, please also add the complete address. Thank you!
Fees
The registration fee includes all the conference’s supporting documentation, admission to all sessions of the day, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner.
Each paper requires a complete registration, either regular or student registration. Full registrations cannot be assigned to more than one paper. Suppose a co-author of a particular paper is already registered as a presenter of another paper. another co-author must be registered as a presenter for that paper, which requires a full registration.

The organisers do not issue formal invitation letters or visas to attend the conference. However, we can issue a visa support letter for authors of accepted papers.
