Conference Fees
The conference mode is set to online-only. The conference fee will be dropped. Information about participation will follow here before the conference. Authors get informed separately. Non-speakers are requested to subscribe to the KUI newsletter to stay updated.
The registration fee includes all the conference’s supporting documentation, admission to all sessions of the day, coffee breaks, free lunch and the evening reception.
The online registration fee is only applicable for registrations through this page. The appropriate registration fee should be paid by bank transfer to the German account provided within the confirmation e-mail which you will receive after submitting the registration form.

The fees indicated are not yet fixed and are published for your estimation. Final fees are published once registration is available.
Please note that the fee is non-refundable.
The organisers do not issue formal invitation letters or visas to attend the conference. However, we can issue a visa support letter for authors of accepted papers.
